1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using Can Pro Solutions’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Can Pro Solutions offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:

Cans to Curb Service: Moving trash bins from your home to the curb for pick-up and returning them after collection.

Trash Can Cleaning Service: Cleaning and sanitizing your trash cans to maintain hygiene and prevent odors.

Details of services, schedules, and pricing are available on our website or provided upon subscription. Can Pro Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside within our service area to subscribe or use our services. By using our services, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Billing and Payment

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods. All fees for services will be billed in advance, either monthly or annually, based on your subscription plan.

– Billing Cycle: Payment will be processed on the first day of each billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

– Late Payments: If payment is not received within the specified billing cycle, Can Pro Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Monthly Subscribers: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be made before the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

One-Time Services: All one-time services, such as special requests or extra visits, are non-refundable once completed.

6. Service Delivery

Scheduling: Services will be provided according to the schedule agreed upon during subscription. Can Pro Solutions reserves the right to adjust the schedule due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Access: You are responsible for providing access to your property and trash cans on the scheduled service day. If we are unable to access your trash cans due to locked gates, obstructed driveways, or any other reasons, the service for that day may be forfeited without refund.

  7. Customer Responsibilities

Placement of Trash Cans: Trash cans must be placed in an accessible area for pick-up and return services. In case of cleaning services, cans should be free of excess debris and readily available.

Notification of Changes: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if there are any changes to your schedule, address, or service requirements.

8. Liability

Can Pro Solutions will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage while performing services. However, we are not liable for damage to trash cans, driveways, or other property unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

Service Interruptions: Can Pro Solutions is not responsible for service interruptions due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the missed service.
